Creamy Chicken Pasta Recipe

Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavor may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat, and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Creamy Chicken Pasta 

  • Boneless chicken finely chopped 50 grams

  • Macaroni pasta boiled 100 grams

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic finely chopped 2 teaspoons

  • Small onion finely chopped 1

  • Refined flour (maida) 2 tablespoons

  • Milk 2 cups

  • Salt to taste

  • White pepper powder to taste

  • Black olives sliced 8-10

  • Medium green capsicum diced 1/2

  • Medium red capsicum diced 1/2

  • Medium yellow capsicum diced 1/2

  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup

  • Processed cheese grated 1/2 cup

  • Fresh parsley finely chopped to garnish

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and onion, mix and saute till onion softens.

Step 2

Add refined flour, mix and saute for 1-2 minutes or till the raw smell of flour disappears.

Step 3

Add 1 cup milk, stir continuously and cook till the sauce begins to thicken. Add chicken and mix and cook, stirring continuously. Add the remaining milk and mix well and cook for 1 minute.

Step 4

Add salt and white pepper powder and mix well.

Step 5

Add pasta gradually and mix well. Add black olives and capsicums and mix well.

Step 6

Add cream and cheese and mix well.

Step 7

Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with parsley and serve hot
.
